Coffee took 16-18minutes.. simply too long for 3 cappuccinos and not busy in the coffee place. Quality is decent, ice cream looked good, didn't try it though. Better than Starbucks but not by a whole lot

Such a huge disappointment. We used to go to this restaurant when it was on Cortez. The skinny pancakes were the best and the syrup tasted homemade. We tried the new location on Montezuma today. The quiche and the skinnies were inedible! I will not go back. Such a shame. They have let us loyal customers down.

10 minutes for an ice coffee and 15 minutes for a bagel to come out??!! Only one other person was in front of us this morning with 3 girls up front. No reason to be this slow. Our second time here and it was slow both times. Need to get a little more organized!
Like the new space and menu, the staff is friendly and the food is good. However, the service is slow and it really shouldn't be. Management needs to step up its game. This place has potential if it gets off on the right foot. -

Great location in the heart of Prescott to sit and people watch. Has plenty of seats outside and inside. We didn't get to try their food because we had already eaten but we ordered coffee. It's as expected and appreciated milk alternatives. The service is top notch. I wish they offered more pastries, desserts, or sweets though. I tried their banana bread and it was delicious. Not too sweet and nicely warmed. I would love to try their food next time I'm in the area.

I only had an iced mocha at this wonderful place. The mocha was so tasty and made really well. I was so tired and really needed the boost and the mocha sure did it.
The interior is so cute and there is plenty of seating. I brought my book to read and enjoy some coffee. I felt right at home. The girls on the register and at the counter were really sweet. Thank you for everything!
